Christmas Delivery Information

We will be working and sending orders out up until lunch time on Christmas Eve. Orders sent by DPD or Parcelforce on the 23rd should still be delivered on the 24th but this is not a guaranteed service. Orders sent on the 24th should be delivered on the 29th. 

A reduced team will be back in and working on the 29th - 31st December sending orders out as normal. There may be slight delays in sending orders out depending on how busy we are and couriers will be collecting from us earlier than usual. 

We will then be back in 2022 on the 4th January ready to get the year off to a great start!

Basically - Keep ordering as normal as we will be here sending orders out when its not a weekend or bank holiday!

Phone Support

Unfortunately there will be no phone support from the 20th December to the 4th January as we will be a couple of people short and concentrating on processing orders. We will be responding to all emails, if you need to place an order over the phone please just send an email / message and we will call you back.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their support and business over the last year. We are only a small team and we work hard to bring quality products and service to our customers. We don't get everything right all the time but we are always trying to improve and love to hear customer feedback!
